What we set out to solve
ClinVox AI is an ambient clinical documentation platform built for busy clinicians. It listens to a consultation, transcribes it in real time, and generates a complete, structured clinical note in seconds, removing the hours physicians lose to paperwork. The goal was to ship a complete, market-ready SaaS — not a prototype — that records a visit, transcribes it, and produces accurate structured notes, while meeting strict healthcare security and compliance expectations from day one.
